Pilates at the Barre

Have you tried Pilates at the Barre yet? These fun, Cardio Barre inspired classes are available mornings and evenings. They start with a warm up for the body and then over to the ballet barre for a killer thigh and bootie workout, that also gets your heart rate up so you are burning calories!! This is not your typical bouncy aerobic class but you definitely feel the burn. You have to experience it to understand!! After you have worked the legs you go to arms and planks and finish on the Mat with Pilates ab work and stretching.
