What changes are you seeing in your body?

Each week I check in with clients and ask this question. Last night I had an amazing response from my client Rebecca. She told me that she dropped 2 pant sizes! This has happened with just a few months of training. I got to thinking about why Rebecca has seen such a big change in her body. Here is what I think it is, besides the great training and Pilates exercises, Rebecca has an amazing attitude. She always comes in to the studio with a smile on her face, ready to work. She also gets the importance of a mind-body connection. She performs each exercise big or small with purpose and it is paying off with awesome results.
