How the 3-Month Training Packages Work: With these training packages you are committing to 3-months of practice, which means after you’ve chosen the services you want i.e. privates, trios, or classes, we schedule you out for 3 months for those particular services and breakdown your cost into 3 monthly automatic (and totally convenient) payments.
o After 3 months:
- We can either continue to re-book you for 3-months of service or you can discuss with your teacher any changes you’d like to make to your packages.
o What if I want to change my services mid-way through?
- Let us know and we will do our best to accomodate you. Our goal is to keep you committed to your workouts.

Each week I check in with clients and ask this question. Last night I had an amazing response from my client Rebecca. She told me that she dropped 2 pant sizes! This has happened with just a few months of training. I got to thinking about why Rebecca has seen such a big change in her body. Here is what I think it is, besides the great training and Pilates exercises, Rebecca has an amazing attitude. She always comes in to the studio with a smile on her face, ready to work. She also gets the importance of a mind-body connection. She performs each exercise big or small with purpose and it is paying off with awesome results.

Have you tried Pilates at the Barre yet? These fun, Cardio Barre inspired classes are available mornings and evenings. They start with a warm up for the body and then over to the ballet barre for a killer thigh and bootie workout, that also gets your heart rate up so you are burning calories!! This is not your typical bouncy aerobic class but you definitely feel the burn. You have to experience it to understand!!
